As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Print Project Coordinator and Customer Service Representative to help manage our growing pipeline of print production jobs and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Position Summary:
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for coordinating print production projects and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll act as the key liaison between customers and vendors, manage shipping and artwork logistics, and ensure all job data is accurately tracked. You’ll also support customers by answering questions, providing updates, and guiding them through the order and proofing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics for customer print orders

• Communicate directly with customers and vendors to relay job specifications, updates, and timelines

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and ensure overall satisfaction

• Log and track job order details and progress from submission through fulfillment

• Modify and prepare customer artwork files, including assembling and sending pre-print proofs for review and approval

• Send, save, and maintain accurate records of customer artwork and project data using internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in print production coordination, customer service, packaging, or a related role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer interactions in a deadline-driven environment

• Familiarity with cannabis industry packaging standards and compliance ( but not required)
