We are seeking an exceptional, hands-on Plant Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing operation through world-class Lean implementation and continuous improvement. About the Role
As Plant Manager, you’ll have full-site responsibility for operational performance, leading a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll implement Lean Manufacturing practices that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and build a culture of accountability and engagement. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, technically advanced manufacturing environment and is motivated by delivering measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required (eligible to work with defense-related programs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (MBA ).
- Minimum 15 years of manufacturing and plant management experience, including at least 5 years in full-site leadership.
- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
