Job Description

• Project organization as well as preparation and monitoring of organizational plans (Work & Cost Breakdown Structure) for all scheduling-related aspects.
• Schedule and resource planning, including schedule and progress tracking (physical progress) for all project phases, packages, and work areas.
• Continuous alignment of all scheduling information with the current project roadmap.
• Targeted tracking and progress monitoring of all documents required for approval, execution, and commissioning, focusing on key activities to ensure timely delivery of the Deliverables.
• Preparation of monthly schedule reports (Gantt Charts, S-Curves, Project Percent Complete, Project Payment Milestone History).
• Uploading and maintaining time management documents in the RWE Renewables Document Management System.
• Maintaining project documentation together with project stakeholders (project structure, organization, workflows, standards, templates, etc.).
• Preparation, participation, and follow-up of project meetings.
• Communication of all relevant project control documents to stakeholders (schedules, status reports, standards, regulations, etc.).
• Interface coordination between projects, subprojects, and project participants.
• Support in the evaluation and defence of Change Requests.
• Overall project planning and coordination in a broader sense.
