Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth for our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify potential clients through lead techniques, including cold calling and networking.
• Develop tailored proposals and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, developers, property managers, and homeowners
