What will I be doing?You will be using your expertise in outreach and engagement (O&E) program management to provide support to the U.S. Government's outreach and engagement (O&E) program activities, as well as IT, cybersecurity, and data operations services that support O&E activities, that establish and support community quality of life and readiness for service members, their families, and service providers worldwide. In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of O&E contract personnel, task performance, and program ideation
- Making recommendations to the Government on behalf of the contractor regarding O&E-related schedules, personnel, performance, and ideation
- Responsible for preparing responses to the Government on O&E issues and concerns
- Providing strategic integrated communications, stakeholder affairs, strategic communications and analysis, Content and Creative Services (CCS), digital strategies, media relations, public affairs, and military community and public engagement
- Developing O&E Monthly Activity Reportssummarizing all task activities, including progress against strategic goals and recommendations for enhancing brand recognition
- Conducting Monthly O&E Strategy Meetings to discuss emerging trends, review performance, and identify actionable recommendations.
- Providing insights into leveraging trends to enhance MC&FP O&E efforts, using data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of current O&E strategies, and identifying areas for improvement
- Facilitating discussions on future requirements to ensure alignment with evolving strategic goals and audience needs
- Providing strategic communications and analysis, including research, planning, brand platform support, media analysis, and social media reporting
- Providing comprehensive content creation support, including content lifecycle management, creation of visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate internal and external audiences, while ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and all applicable WCAG for all electronically delivered information
- Providing comprehensive digital strategies support, focusing on UX research, innovative UI design and testing, daily content operations, and user engagement across customer- and information-centric websites, applications, and social media platforms
- Evaluating, proposing, and implementing innovative strategies that support MC&FP marketing, outreach, and community engagement goals, focusing on optimizing platform use, expanding niche content, developing collaborative partnerships, managing digital platforms, and tracking campaign effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You mustmeet theminimumrequirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- At least eight (8) years of experience in managing Government communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications including stakeholder management and maintaining internal and external relationships
- At least five (5) years experience in O&E management in brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and web and social media operations
- Able to do long-distance travel within the Continental United States, as required
The following ispreferred:
- Bachelors degree or higher related to O&E, public relations, marketing, communications, or other related field
- At least five (5) years of experience leading content development and creative services, including visual design, multimedia content production, and digital accessibility compliance
- At least five (5) years of experience developing targeted campaigns for a user base of 1M or more
