Job Description

Proven experience in Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud / EBS technology, specifically technical skills.

Able to own and complete data migration tasks on time and without issues.

Familiar with AIM/OUM Documentation Like CV040, CV020, etc. to support the ongoing data management team.

Source to target mapping for the data objects to be migrated.

Work closely with the functional team to gather requirements, data mapping and error resolution.

Work with business on data cleansing and to gather timely inputs.

Consulting mindset with drive to improve data quality and help project success.

Performing data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.

Experience of working on large scale, complex internal transformation projects.

Support with the overall delivery of data migration plans.

Good Knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical

Reasonable knowledge on Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI and FRS.

Good Communication skills to work with wider/multiple teams.

Skills

HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Required

Demonstrable 3 to 4 Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud project experience with focus on Data Migration.

File Based Data Import (FBDi) ERP - Required

Oracle Integration Cloud - Desirable / Willing to learn

Payroll Fast Formula Desirable / Willing to learn

PLSQL Required

SQL Required.

Oracle Fusion BI Reporting Required.

Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. - Required

Analytical skills to understand data migration requirements, interpret source data and discuss with functional consultants for mappings. Required

Prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. - Required

Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. - Required

Functional understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.- Required

Payroll Basic familiarity with Payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards etc. - Desirable
