ORA Team Lead 

Duration: 10 months potential to extend


Workload: Full time hours


Location: Turkey


We are seeking an experienced ORA (Operations Readiness Assurance) Team Lead to support a high-profile project in Turkey, ensuring seamless transition from project to operations.





Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ORA team to deliver operational readiness for a complex offshore FPU project.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
  
• Develop and implement ORA plans, including risk assessments, operational procedures, and training programmes.
  
• Oversee the integration of safety, maintenance, and operational requirements into project execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client-specific requirements.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in ORA leadership roles on offshore oil & gas or FPU projects.
  
• Strong understanding of commissioning, start-up, and operations processes.
  
• Familiarity with international HSE and operational standards.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in Turkey or similar international project environments.
  
• Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and cultural practices.
  
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
