FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH A BACKGROUND IN WASTE MANAGEMENT, RECYCLING, SKIP HIRE, SIMILAR TO MANAGE A BUSY PROCESSING OPERATION



TITLE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant



PACKAGE: Circa £47-50k DOE + Car & up to 20% Bonus



LOCATION: You will live in the King’s Dereham

ROLE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant



You will be responsible for a waste management collections and processing site



You will have full responsibility for managing a team of 30+ Drivers and Operatives



You will ensure that the site is compliant with all company policies and maintains a good safety record



You will have some commercial responsibility for the site and deliver effective cost control



If you do not have a COTC you will be expected to work towards one.



EXPERIENCE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant



Ideally you will have a WAMITAB COTC / Certificate of Technical Competence



You will have managed a waste or recycling processing operation, ideally with collection services.



You will have a UK Driving licence



You may have an IOSH or NEBOSH safety qualification
