Job Overview
Interior Specialties Group (ISG) is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our field operations across a range of high-end architectural millwork and interior glazing projects. This full-time, onsite leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, supervising installation teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring project excellence from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to driving performance and team growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management

Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful execution and completion of multiple simultaneous projects.

Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet budget and timeline targets.

Lead regular project status meetings to maintain strong communication and accountability.

- Resource Allocation & Planning

Strategically allocate manpower, equipment, and materials across projects for maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of project resources.

Implement operational process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

- Team Supervision & Development

Lead a team of supervisors, installers, and subcontractors with a focus on quality, accountability, and collaboration.

Provide ongoing guidance, training, and performance feedback to elevate team performance.

Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.

- Client Relationship Management
-
Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Address client concerns professionally and promptly.

Identify and support opportunities to expand services with existing clients.

- Health, Safety & Compliance
-
Enforce safety protocols in line with industry regulations and ISG standards.

Conduct regular site safety inspections and ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field ().

Minimum 5 years of operational or field management experience in the specialty trade contractor space.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to manage teams and multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with project management tools and systems.

Deep understanding of construction safety standards and quality control.

Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
