Operations Manager – Lead & Scale a High-Growth Home Services Team

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 Base + Performance Bonuses

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Operations Manager to lead our expanding HVAC, insulation, and indoor air quality service teams. If you love building systems, improving performance, and delivering 5-star customer experiences at scale, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee dispatch, CSRs, sales, field techs, and admin teams
• Manage scheduling, routing, onboarding, training, and weekly check-ins
• Hit core KPIs: 60%+ booking rate, <15% cancels, strong margins, and $10K+ weekly revenue per tech
• Audit daily performance and deliver weekly reports
• Improve SOPs, workflows, and tools (Workiz, ServiceTitan, Asana, QuickBooks, CRMs)
• Resolve escalations, support high-ticket sales, and maintain quality & safety standards
• Drive growth into new markets and new service lines (HVAC, insulation, IAQ)
• Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and customer care

What You Bring

• 5+ years home services/HVAC/construction operations leadership
• Proven success scaling teams and hitting KPIs
• Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with service software (Workiz, ServiceTitan, Asana, etc.)
• A data-driven mindset and passion for developing people
