Build and Lead a Growing Construction Team:
Join a fast-growing landscape construction division as their next Operations Manager, responsible for leading multiple crews across high-value commercial projects. This role is key to building out a second operational team, with support from leadership and the tools you need to scale. If you've managed large-scale commercial projects, know how to lead teams and build schedules, and want to be part of an expanding, high-performing group, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 3–4 concurrent construction projects totaling $5M–$7M in value
- Supervise self-performing crews and build team structure under you
- Manage materials, scheduling, and production using Aspire
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and executive leadership
- Lead field training and ensure accurate time tracking/job costing
- Participate in snow operations and off-season enhancements (Jan–Feb)
- Ensure safe operation of equipment, installation of trees, sod, irrigation, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing commercial landscape construction projects
- Comfortable overseeing multiple jobs and building field teams
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and leadership skills
- Aspire software experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Horticultural and landscape installation knowledge

This role is part of an expanding construction operation that currently generates $10M+ in revenue, with change orders adding up to 25% more. You'll report directly to the President of Landscape Development and collaborate with senior team members. The team culture is disciplined, growth-focused, and ready for its next phase.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000
- Bonus: Based on job profitability
