We are an international tank and vessel manufacturer looking to hire a well-qualified Operations Coordinator/Manager to join our team.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Senior Operations Coordinator, Logistics, Repair Shop, and Operational personnel
- Coordinates preps with team to customers requirements
- Communicate and provide Customer Service
- Informs management of potential deviations in daily
- business proceedings
- Receive and process tank releases
- Maintain customer reports and tank inventory
- Schedule required frame repair with Lead
- Maintain speed line loading schedule
- Maintain interchange reports for customers
- Send written estimates to operator for approval
- Create purchase orders for ISO exterior
- Schedule testing and inspections with 3rd party surveyor
- Ensure all final paperwork and checklists are true,
- correct, and complete prior to Available status
- Support and assist other employees when required
- Conduct all work activities in a professional manner
- Perform all duties in a safe, effective and efficient manner
- Follow procedures and cleaning instructions required by Company
- Other job duties, as assigned
Requirements
-Minimum of Five Years in Trailer/Trucking Manufacturing preferred
-Minimum of Five Years Manufacturing experience in a Manager/Coordinator Position
