Our people are the most important part of our story and everybody at Zego, no matter their role, has an integral part to play.Purpose of the roleAs the Senior Operations Lead in our Dutch market, you will be responsible for leading Operations as we launch and scale in the Netherlands; building out an exceptional Client Operations team, who will provide crucial operational support to our Fleet clients in the Netherlands. You will be key in building out our operations team and wearing many hats, working closely with multiple teams within the business to solve any problems our clients are facing- or that Zego are facing that hold us back from servicing our clients.What you'll be working onHiring, developing and leading a best-in-class Client Onboarding & Operations team, who blaze the way in supporting our fleet clients with all of their operational needs- from billing, to claims reporting, and all the ad hoc requests in betweenWorking closely with the GM of the Netherlands and the Business Operations & Strategy team, to build scalable processes and tackle any operational problems we face whilst growing our French businessBuilding and monitoring a key metric and SLA reporting system for the Client Onboarding & Operations team, to ensure we can consistently improve on our operational processes as we scaleOwning the fleet client experience, ensuring it is seamless and pain-free, and that there are minimal administrative requests made of our clientsMaking sure that there are no blockers to the Sales funnel- that we can manage all of the Sales opportunities that come our wayWhat you will need to successful in the roleYou have 4+ years in managing Operations teamsYou have experience in building processes, and teams, from scratchYou must speak Dutch and English fluentlyYou can demonstrate strong communication skillsYou’re highly organised, logical and structured and thrive in structuring uncertain environmentsYou’re a self-starter, who is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomyYou’re operationally minded and thrive when given the opportunity to improve processes and make efficienciesYou are a natural at nurturing relationships and are a strong leaderKnowledge of insurance is a bonusWhat's it like to work @ Zego?Zego has a truly international and inclusive team, unified by great ideas and collaborative thoughtfulness.
