JOB TITLE: Operations Data Manager
SALARY Up to £45,000
LOCATION: South Manchester

THE COMPANY

A market research agency who focus on the full range of methodologies, across public, private and not for profit sectors. They provide a range of services for their clients such as utilising behavioural science, CX/UX, segmentations to provide essential analysis, market data and insight.

They work with a range of prestigious clients which have included Samsung, Toshiba, EON, Save the Children, boohoo and ITV. Over the last two decades they have experienced tremendous growth while also being an ethical company, which has resulted in 99% of their clients being satisfied with their service.

They are now looking to bring on an Operations Data Manager to play a pivotal position within their business, working cross-functionally with data teams.

The Role:

• Support and deliver advice to the data services team and wider business
• Project manage workload and ensure client expectations are met
• Produce and handle complex and visually engaging online surveys
• Develop systems to automate processes, analysis and transfer of data

The Person:

• Previous experience of line management essential
• Previous Experience of utilising data tools to include SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SPSS with R, Python and VBA being advantageous
• Previous experience of creating and working to ISO quality procedures
