Office Manager & Finance Support - Kent - Hybrid - £35,000 to £40,000 DOE
Role: Office Manager & Finance Support
Location: Kent (3-4 days on site each week)
Salary: £35k to £40k + Benefits
Overview
A fast-growing group of renewable technology and infrastructure businesses is seeking a highly organised Office Manager & Finance Support professional to work closely with the Finance Director and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will handle key finance administration tasks such as issuing PO numbers, processing invoices and supporting month-end activities, while also taking full ownership of office coordination, supplier management and operational support across the wider team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing structure, organisation and efficiency to a business.

- Skilled in raising and managing Purchase Orders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage suppliers, facilities and day-to-day office needs
- Good understanding of general business operations and admin systems
Requirements
- Experience in office management, finance support or operational administration
- Confidence with PO systems, invoices, financial documentation and basic reporting
- Ability to manage a busy hybrid office environment (3–4 days per week on-site in Kent)
- Strong administrative skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience supporting directors or senior leaders
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
