Job DescriptionNEW Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)

Join a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare organization that values teamwork, growth, and work-life balance. We’re seeking an experienced MT or MLT to perform and evaluate a variety of clinical laboratory tests that support quality patient care across all groups.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, rotating day schedule (Monday–Friday, with one weekend every 4 weeks)

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field

• Clinical laboratory experience required

• Knowledge of CLIA, Federal, and State lab regulations

• ASCP or equivalent certification

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
