We’re looking for a multiskilled maintenance mechanic to keep industrial equipment running reliably and safely while supporting a culture rooted in 5S, single-piece flow, and Kanban.

Position snapshot

• Location: Texarkana, AR
• Schedule: 3:30 pm – Midnight
• Compensation: $27.00–$30.00 per hour + outstanding benefits

Core responsibilities

• Perform cross-functional maintenance: welding, carpentry, plumbing, pipefitting, millwright tasks, sheet metal, electrical, and mechanical installs/repairs.
• Conduct HVAC upkeep and major repairs; restore system performance.
• Troubleshoot and service electrical systems safely up to 480V.
• Overhaul major equipment and machinery as needed.
• Read and apply complex blueprints, sketches, shop/machine drawings, and schematics.
• Execute preventive maintenance, including oiling and lubricating assets.
• Work in strict accordance with established safety procedures and standards.
• Obtain a boiler license if required by the company.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervision.

• Experienced with all types of measuring instruments.
• Minimum three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Vocational training graduate or equivalent experience.
