Multifamily Project Manager

We are seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee painting and wall coverings installations on multiple construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors through weekly site visits
  • Interface with Client Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, owners, architects
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable change order costs
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Estimating/Project Management
  • Responsible for overall project budget and schedules
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Work closely with the Owner on developing relationships and managing projects

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years experience managing painting projects
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be self motivated and punctual
  • 5 years construction management minimum
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Average 40-50 hrs. per week
