Job Title: Mobile Operations Manager 


Position Overview

Clean As New Gulf Coast is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Operations Manager (MOM) to oversee cleaning operations at mobile job sites, with a focus on heat exchangers and refinery turnarounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, refinery maintenance, and safety protocols, with a deep understanding of heat exchanger cleaning processes and turnaround management.


The MOM will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations, including ensuring security, safety, efficiency, and the quality of cleaning processes. This position requires both on-site presence when no turnarounds are underway and travel to various mobile job sites during active projects. The ideal candidate will come with their own book of business, with customers looking forward to transferring their projects to CANGC.


Compensation Structure 

  • Annual salary – paid bi-weekly
  • Monthly car allowance – paid bi-weekly
  • Company cell phone


Employment Details

  • Full-time
  • W-2 (not a contract)
  • In-office Monday through Friday (unless while traveling for T/As)
  • Office located in Baytown, Texas



Key Responsibilities


Supervision & Management

  • Manage and oversee all cleaning operations at mobile job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure optimal performance and safety at all times.
  • Ensure teams are properly trained, equipped, and comply with customers’ safety standards.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and direction as needed.


Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for field teams.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure cleaning tasks are completed within the agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Manage labor and material resources to meet operational requirements.


Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety standards, company policies, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor job sites to ensure proper safety procedures and protective equipment are used.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and provide necessary corrective actions.


Quality Control & Process Improvement

  • Conduct inspections of job sites to ensure the quality of work meets company and client expectations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to cleaning processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Address client concerns or complaints promptly, resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships.


Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.


Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with services provided.
  • Meet with clients regularly to assess needs, gather feedback, and ensure that services are aligned with expectations.


Budget & Financial Management

  • Assist in the budgeting process for field operations, ensuring that costs are managed effectively.
  • Create POs for clients
  • Track and report on labor (regular and OT hours) and material costs, ensuring that operations stay within budget.


Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of operations, including cleaning schedules, safety reports, and client feedback.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding field operations performance, issues, and successes.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with mobile fleet management software and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of asset management software or ERP systems used in oil and gas operations.


Turnaround & Heat Exchanger Expertise

  • Leverage extensive knowledge of heat exchanger cleaning techniques, tools, and technologies to guide teams in performing high-quality services.
  • Manage the operations during refinery turnaround events, coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of turnaround projects.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in challenging, remote environments.


Education & Qualification

  • Associate's degree
  • Bachelor’s
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management 


Additional Considerations

  • Willingness to work in remote locations.
  • Flexibility to handle emergencies or unplanned situations.
  • Strong focus on maintaining high operational standards under pressure.


Employment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • 2-4 solid professional references
