We are currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to support our client portfolio across a designated region.\n \nThis mobile, van-based role calls for a practical, hands-on professional with a strong understanding of building fabric systems, finishes, and minor carpentry and plumbing works. The ideal candidate will thrive on variety, problem-solving, and taking pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance.

\n \nRole Summary: \n\nAttend and resolve reactive fabric maintenance tasks across multiple client sites within agreed SLAs\n\nCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines, focusing on building fabric upkeep and aesthetic standards\n\nUndertake general repairs and minor works, including door and lock repairs, patch plastering, painting, tiling, basic plumbing and carpentry\n\nDeliver small-scale fabric installations or refurbishments as required\n\nIdentify and report any defects or additional works to ensure ongoing compliance and functionality\n\nComplete accurate records of work, risk assessments, and job status updates using internal systems\n\nLiaise confidently with site contacts and the Technical Services Manager to escalate critical issues\n\nParticipate in the on-call rota, providing support for emergency repairs and out-of-hours service\n\nEnsure that all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards\n\nUse handheld devices and digital systems to log jobs, quotes, and remedial actions\n \nExperience Required: \nEssential: \n\nProven experience in fabric maintenance, handyman services, or multi-trade repair roles within commercial or industrial buildings\n\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nStrong working knowledge of building fabric systems, including joinery, painting, basic plumbing, and minor repairs\n\nAbility to work independently, manage daily schedules, and respond to tasks across a range of sites\n\nSound understanding of health and safety practices within maintenance environments\n \nWhat We Offer: \n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nCompany vehicle and fuel card.\n\nTools, uniform, and PPE provided.\n\nOngoing training and development opportunities.\n\nSupportive team environment and career progression within a global organisation
