Job Title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are currently recruiting a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting multiple client sites across a specific region.\n \nThis is a mobile role requiring flexibility, autonomy, and a proactive approach to maintaining and repairing electrical systems across a portfolio of commercial properties.\n \nRole Summary: \n\nRespond to reactive maintenance requests across multiple sites within agreed SLAs.\n\nDiagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, including UPS, distribution boards, and lighting.\n\nConduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.\n\nCarry out testing and inspection of electrical installations and equipment.\n\nPerform minor installation works and upgrades as required.\n\nMaintain accurate records of all work completed, including risk assessments and method statements.\n\nLiaise with site contacts and the Technical Services Manager to escalate urgent issues.\n\nParticipate in an on-call rota for emergency response and out-of-hours support.\n\nEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.\n\nMonitor and report on the condition of critical equipment and environmental factors.\n\nUse handheld devices and internal systems to log jobs, quotes, and remedial actions.\n \nExperience Required: \nEssential: \n\n17th or 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.\n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nProven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or industrial environments.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites.\n \nDesirable: \n\nTesting and Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).\n\nExperience with building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and UPS systems.\n\nFamiliarity with water hygiene (L8), CDM regulations, and COSHH.\n\nIOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification.\n\nPrevious experience in a mobile engineering role.\n\nAuthorised Person (AP) status (e.g., AP15/12) is advantageous.\n \nWhat We Offer: \n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nCompany vehicle and fuel card.\n\nTools, uniform, and PPE provided.\n\nOngoing training and development opportunities.\n\nSupportive team environment and career progression within a global organisation
