Part Time Mobile Electrical Engineer\nExeter - Part Time, 2/3 days p/w\n£40,000 - £43,000 pro rata \n\nLooking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to work for a Maintenance Provider on a 2 or 3 days per week covering commercial and industrial sites across Exeter.\n\nWorking for a market leader in the Building Services Maintenance sector, the Mobile Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building services across a portfolio of 4/5 sites, carrying out both electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance, as well as remedial works and emergency response when required.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), with solid experience in building services maintenance and a proactive, reliable approach to their work.\n\nDuties:\n\nCarrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems \nWorking on systems including single and three-phase power, motors, generator, emergency lighting, fire alarms, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, belts. \nPerforming isolations, shutdowns, and switching duties safely and efficiently \nLiaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operation of services \nCompleting logbooks, RAMS, and all required site documentation \nRaising and closing jobs using PDAs \nSupporting safe systems of work and best practice across the site \nRequirements:\n\nCity & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations \nProven experience within commercial building services maintenance \nStrong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems \nPositive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude \nExcellent communication and team-working skills \nSalary and Benefits:\n\n£40,000 - £43,000 pro rata \n2 / 3 days per week \n25 days annual leave pro rata \nTraining \nWorking for a highly reputable building services provider \nPosted by Lee Hamilton
