Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–6:45 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a Mill Maintenance Laborer to join operations at a mine located about 45 minutes outside of Fairbanks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work, takes safety seriously, and thrives in an active, industrial setting.
What You’ll Do

• Support daily mill operations and assist mechanics with maintenance and clean-up tasks
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, skid steers) as needed
• Work safely and efficiently in outdoor and industrial environments
• Follow directions accurately and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail

Skills & Attributes

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Safety-minded, with good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions—hot, cold, wet, or dusty
• Construction or general labor experience
• Employer is willing to train dependable candidates who show initiative

Minimum Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or skid steers
• Basic tool knowledge and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor environments
• Must support a drug-free workplace
• Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the mine site
• Valid driver’s license
• Steel-toe boots are required
