Position Summary

We're hiring a skilled MIG Welder to join a high-performing team focused on precision welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel — primarily in thinner gauges (up to 1/8"). You’ll work with fixtures, clamps, and welding blocks to fit, assemble, and weld parts to spec.

Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Pay: $25-33 per hour

Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods.
• Prepare and align metal parts for welding.
• Perform manual or semi-automatic welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, and horizontal, overhead).
• Monitor and adjust the welding process to maintain quality and prevent defects.
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct post-weld finishing including cleaning, grinding, and polishing.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and project team members.

• 2-year Welding Degree
• Experience in pipe welding

Qualifications

• 3+ year of recent MIG welding experience or equivalent technical training
• Proficient in blueprint reading and tape measure accuracy (to 1/32")
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs without restrictions
