We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the coordination of complex data center developments balancing innovation, efficiency, and resilience in every solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection, diesel supply) for large-scale data centers.
• Manage the full project lifecycle through construction supervision and handover.
• Present technical concepts to international clients and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Liaise with German authorities ensuring the construction meets all local standards
• Manage a team to ensure the project reaches its milestones

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical systems design for industrial or mission-critical facilities (data center experience highly desirable).
• In-depth knowledge of German building codes, HVAC systems, and cooling technologies.
• Familiarity with Tier Level design standards (Uptime Institute, TÜV), SPOF analysis, and PUE/WUE efficiency metrics.
• Experienced in technical due diligence and project coordination.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly .
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex workloads, budgets, and deadlines.
• A strong advocate for sustainability, innovation, and high-quality engineering practices.
