TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for an established M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead an £8 million mechanical and electrical project in Barking. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a proven track record in delivering complex M&E projects from pre-construction through to Practical Completion (PC).



Key Requirements:



Significant experience managing M&E projects valued at £5 million and above



Strong background in mechanical contracting with relevant mechanical qualifications



SMSTS certification essential



Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction stages through to PC



Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills



Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standard
