Salary:

DOE $65-85/hr.

Essential Functions:

Effectively supervise every aspect of the construction site including equipment, materials, personnel, and subcontractors.

Read and interpret plans and specifications.

Develop daily/weekly lookahead schedules.

Maintain strict compliance with the construction schedule and make necessary timely adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.

Track and manage project changes and field productivity.

Promote and drive a safety culture.

Communicate with owners and inspectors.

Implement cost-effective measures in the field.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience with mechanical piping, valves, sewage, and storm drains on public works or municipal projects.

Experience working in public streets/roadways.

Experience working with union trades is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires traveling Monday through Friday.

Some out-of-southern California travel may be required.
