General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical and machinery projects in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and other team members.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Review and approve design plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
• Identify and resolve any project issues or delays in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical matters.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in mechanical and machinery engineering.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•  Minimum of 10 + years of experience in mechanical and machinery engineering, preferably in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and machinery systems, equipment, and materials.
• Experience in project management and construction management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
