Mechanical Estimator\n\nLeeds\n\n£55,000 - £65,000 Basic + Job Security + Strong order books + Established team + Package\n\nA long-established building services contractor in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join its pre-construction team. The role involves preparing mechanical tenders, cost plans, and proposals for projects across commercial, residential, education, retail, and defence sectors. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems, along with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications, is essential.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have proven M&E estimating experience, commercial awareness, and proficiency in estimating software.
