In this role, you will be working in the Production Controls business and you will develop products and provide solutions to meet client deliverables in the Subsea projects portfolio. You will utilise your experience and expertise to develop subsea products to effect short-term and long-term business goals.
The engineer shall support offshore operation and workshop activities including technical documentation, investigations and solutions.
As a Mechanical Engineer , you will be responsible for:
- Interpretation and communication of industry and international codes and standards.
- Interpretation and implementation of client standards and global practices.
- Ensuring and verify technical compliance of products with specification, codes, standards, legislation and client technical requirements.
- Engagement with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) developing and maintaining effective relationships/partnerships to meet project deliverables.
- and / or review of technical procurement specifications, parts and document suites.
- Product and task ownership including the of robust design files to demonstrate due diligence.
- Ensuring that product design conforms with field proven or qualified technologies.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with relevant work experience.
- Have experience working in an engineering role as a 3D mechanical design engineer.
- Be conscientious, flexible, versatile and determined. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Have good technical problem solving.
- Be resilient & persistent under all circumstances
- Hav the ability to collaborate seamlessly across boundaries and international cultures.
