X2 Mechanical Engineer  - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to perm - £28 Per Hour\n\n An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.\n\nHours of work\n\nMonday to Friday\n08:00am to 17:00pm\n£28 per hour via Umbrella\nCovering three sites\nContract type: Temp to perm \nKey duties & Responsibilities\n\nPlanned and reactive maintenance \nHVAC Systems  \nEmergency lighting tests\nAir Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)\nControl Panels\nChanging Ballast\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
