Mechanical Engineer – North YorkshireOur client, a large MEP Contractor are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to be based in North Yorkshire to work on MEP schools and healthcare projects.Location:DriffieldRemuneration: £55 000 – £60 000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits The role Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)Design systems and components that meet needs and requirementsProduce outline designsConduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret resultsTest and evaluate theoretical designsIdentify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problemsEvaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safetyAlter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctionsEstimate budget and scope of project Requirements Excellent IT Skills are desirable.Microsoft Office experience is essential including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
