• The incumbent must be able to communicate well with our inside teams, customers, and vendor network.
• This position is an extremely important position within our organization and is a very visible position. This position enables the incumbent to get to know our industry and some minimal travel may be required

• Ideal Qualifications:
• Must be detail oriented and self- motivated.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Have good communication between engineers/draftsman and the machine shop.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple projects is essential and see the order through from start-to-finish
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and applications.
• Very occasional travel required. (Domestic & International).
• Helpful Background in: *Electrical – VFD’s, various electrics foreign and domestic. *Hydraulics *Gearbox – sizing, torques, capabilities *Metallurgy
• A technical degree is required; At minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. An MS degree is a plus.
• Skilled in Solid Works background/ GA’s/BOM’s/Test Fracture & Stress Points.
• Willing to work amongst a small group & check over each other’s work before release.
• Help aid in the design of heavy equipment
