Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: £42,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Hybrid Working - Site Based In Bolton

Duration: Permanent Job

Shifts: 37 Hours Per Week

Wanted: Mechanical Design Engineer to work in all areas of the Life Cycles, including concepts, detailed designs, qualification, production and In-Service Support across a varied portfolio. You’ll be working within a hard-working multi-disciplinary team on challenging engineering problems across the product life cycle with expert training provided to you on specific aspects of Warhead design.

• Experience in all areas of Life Cycles, including concepts, detailed designs, qualification, production and In-Service Support.
• Experience in delivering mechanical design work packages.
• Experience in taking responsibility for Design, Development and Proving activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience in proving and qualification/homologation activities to deliver compliance against requirements,
• Experience within relevant 3D CAD / CAE experience
