Royalty Staffing is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Materials Associate to support warehouse operations, material flow, and production delivery activities.

In this role, you’ll execute core warehouse processes, maintain inventory accuracy, support kitting and lineside delivery, and ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to production. You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to deliver a seamless internal customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

LOCATION - Freemont, CA

WORK ENVIRONMENT – Onsite

PAY RATE - 34.50 USD Per Hour

SCHEDULE – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH – ongoing



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All warehouse material flow processes to/from dock to production/shipping via all transport conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc)
  • Uncrate critical components for our general assembly customers.
  • Use systems technology to input, retrieve inventory as well as parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse.
  • Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule.
  • Resolve inventory errors through physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools.
  • Support with indirect material storage to assist key stakeholders within the Company network. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered to our general assembly and base operations customers.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety standards PPE etc. 5S of work area.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience in materials handling, picking or inventory management
  • User level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between the warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks etc.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and deliver on high pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen.
  • Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
