Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced Sprayer / Painter to join their team. This is a hands-on role working on the exterior and interior finishes of high-end yachts, where attention to detail and a passion for quality are essential.



What You’ll Do:

As a Sprayer / Painter, you’ll be responsible for preparing and applying finishes across various surfaces of our client’s yachts, ensuring a flawless, professional result. Working alongside the skilled boatbuilding team, your work will be central to the luxury finish expected in this sector. Key responsibilities include:



Preparing surfaces including sanding, masking, and filling



Applying paints, primers, varnishes, and specialist coatings



Using spray guns and other painting equipment safely and effectively



Maintaining paint shops, equipment, and work areas to a high standard



Conducting quality checks and touch-ups as required



Collaborating with other trades to meet project deadlines and specifications



Skills & Experience Required:



Proven experience as a sprayer/painter, ideally in marine or luxury yacht projects



Strong understanding of surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing standards



Skilled use of spray guns, rollers, brushes, and other painting tools



Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including safe handling of chemicals



Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes



Good communication and teamwork skills
