Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (Injection Molding)

Job Requirements Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines. Min 5 years hand-on experience in Injection Molding process, preferably in handheld electronics products Knowledge in Plastic Injection Mold Design Strong Design-for-Manufacturing in mass production environment know-how Preferable to have experiences in plastic graphic decoration process, such as IMD\ IML, Printing and Painting technologies Good English and ChineseJob Description: Support new product introduction activities, including feasibility study, DFM, tool qualification, first article verification and defect analysis. Participate in review and approval of new product designs, drawings and material selections and provide professional feedback to R&D department. Support production to achieve the daily output targets and trouble shooting. Sustain all the process parameters and responsible on all related procedures and working instructions. Responsible on the production tools including life-cycle monitoring, maintenance and repairing. Lead process improvements by machine automation, parameter optimizing, line balancing and Lean manufacturing. Carrying out plant machine installation and maintenance works. Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators. Adhere to company policies and regulations. Report to Production Manager
