TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for creating high-quality design work that supports production and project success.

• Create detailed engineering drawings and complete print packages for manufacturing.
• Revise and update existing drawings to improve clarity, production efficiency, and accuracy.
• Design metal enclosures, structural components, and custom building enclosures based on project needs.
• Apply knowledge of machining processes and ISO 9001/ISA 9001 standards to ensure drawings meet required guidelines.
• Order materials for each project based on specifications and design requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, and project managers to support production flow.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and industry standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Working knowledge of ISA/ISO 9001 guidelines and machining processes.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
