Manufacturing Business Process & Systems Manager
Main purpose of the job:
You will sit within the team who is the partner of the manufacturing site and a key driver of the transformation journey. You will work with relevant business stakeholders to strategically identify business process improvement opportunities and IT technological solutions for those. You will be a part of the leadership teams to work with the business and 3rd party vendors to deploy new manufacturing business systems/IT solutions from end to end. You will continue to support the life cycle of the system post deployment through improvements, upgrades, interface support, security compliance management, licence & service contract management & PC hardware strategy. You will develop and grow your team to deliver the best service to business customers.
Main duties/responsibilities:
· Work closely with the business to identify business process improvement opportunities through process mapping and propose IT technological solutions for those.
· Continuously review business process compliance with the business BPOs and SMEs for continuous improvement.
· Work with the CSV specialist to translate business requests to technical requirements and into solution concept where required.
· Assist the project teams with mapping & documenting AS-IS vs TO-BE business processes where required.
· Involve from the exploratory phase, work with the business to build business case and become technical lead or project manager as the implementation project proceeds to the next stages.
· Perform project management responsibilities where assigned, following the EIT project delivery process, and adopting relevant governance, tools, and templates to ensure project stay on time in full within budget and to the expected quality.
· Be the IT Application owner for assigned business systems, ensure proper service mapping per each system.
· Take full accountability to manage the assigned business systems through their life cycles, including issue resolution, deviation management, improvements, upgrades, interface support, security compliance management, licence & service contract management & PC hardware strategy.
· Perform service management & ensure excellent service level to the business customer teams.
· Lead and develop a team of Technical Analysts and CSV to enable individual growth while providing best service to business customers.
· Partner with the assigned business process owners and domain experts to identify transformation opportunities through IT technologies and assist the Senior Manager, ERP & Manufacturing Business Systems with business planning.
Recommended experience/understanding of:
· Experience of deploying and managing life cycle of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) (a LabVantage LIMS an advantage)
· Experience of working in pharmaceutical manufacturing
· Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing business and the business processes along the value chain
· Good knowledge of pharmaceutical Serialisation
· Project management experience in deploying a business system from initiation to post Go-live.
· Experience of system lifecycle management
· Knowledge of deviation management, change control management in GxP environment.
· Knowledge of business systems validation in a GxP environment
· Team leadership experience
· Knowledge of GAMP 5
Desirable:
· Experience of managing other business systems related to Quality area such as CDS, TrackWise, and others.
· Experience of managing other business systems in supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse
· Knowledge of change management method (ADKAR, Lewin, etc.)
· Experience of IT ticket management in ServiceNow
· Modern IT hardware, software architecture and IT infrastructure concepts
