Job Description

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift


Location: Watertown, WI


Join a leading food manufacturing company where you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving high-performance production and utility equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques to improve equipment performance.
  • Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
  • Support continuous improvement through equipment modifications and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and USDA standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to enhance reliability and performance.


Shift:

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM


What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and steam systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical understanding; PLC experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work a weekend rotation and occasional overtime.
