We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, including painting, plastering, light electrical, light plumbing, snow removal, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas.
- Conduct painting and plastering work to maintain interior and exterior aesthetics.
- Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs and installations.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to the property.
- Perform landscaping duties to maintain the property's exterior appearance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance and the specific skills listed above.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
