POSITION: Maintenance Technician

Location: Fox Ridge Apartments

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
• Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Must be able to do rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) required
• CPO but not required
• Multi-family Maintenance experience-including HVAC (), minimum 1 year
• Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
