Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Industrial Millwright Focus)

Location: Levelland, TX

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and millwright skills to support plant operations in Levelland, TX. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, precision alignments, and equipment repairs to keep production systems running safely and efficiently.

If you have experience with rotating equipment, hammer mills, conveyors, centrifuges, and pumps, this is a great opportunity to use your expertise in a stable, growth-oriented industrial environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform preventative maintenance and precision alignments on belted and direct-coupled equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair centrifuges, conveyors, hammermills, pumps, gearboxes, and valves.
• Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed.
• Support equipment installations and shutdown maintenance projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures and SDS guidelines.

Qualifications: 
• 1+ year of industrial or plant maintenance experience (3+ ).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in rotating and process equipment.
• Skilled in precision alignment, rigging, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights up to 200 ft, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lifts a plus.
