Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! We are a large and expanding multi family management company with lots of room for growth! You will be responsible for completing apartment turns and work orders including other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment turnover.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Keep property clean and maintained
• On call rotation
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Drivers License and Vehicle
