• 1 opening on Weekend shift - F 5am – 3pm,S, S, M 5am – 3pm

-Hourly paid position, weekly pay.

-Full Benefits Package

-Industrial/manufacturing experience in a high volume production environment.

-Self-sufficient troubleshooting skills desired

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the skilled repair and upkeep of complex mechanical and electrical systems within the facility. This role ensures equipment reliability and operational efficiency by performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance in accordance with SOPs, safety protocols, and manufacturer specifications. The technician also manages spare parts inventory, supports new equipment installations, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Identify safety hazards and proactively resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; recommend purchases as needed.
• Support equipment start-ups and facility expansion projects.
• Assist with training of warehouse personnel on maintenance procedures.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
• Document maintenance activities and uphold compliance with OSHA and Zero Harm standards.
