Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift - 1 Opening

Location: Goshen, IN 46526
Shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Hours: Steady 40 hrs/wk.
Pay: $30–$37/hr. + $3/hr shift premium

What You'll Do

• Keep machines running on a clean, fiberglass production line
• Focus on preventive maintenance – this is a heavy mechanical job
• Occasional electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting
• Must pass a respirator fit test (used occasionally in spray booth)
• Some facial hair is OK – just not a full beard

Equipment you'll work with:

• Spray guns, resin pumps, ovens, conveyors, mixers
• Cranes, hoists, forklifts, CNC molds, inspection tools

Must-Haves

• Solid mechanical maintenance experience in a factory setting
