Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with experience in hemp manufacturing or extraction facilities. This role supports the maintenance of production equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operation. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of a regulated cannabis environment, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (cannabis industry strongly ).
- Working knowledge of extraction and distillation systems, including troubleshooting vacuum pumps, chillers, filtration units, and electrical control panels.
- Familiarity with cannabis processing SOPs, GMP, OSHA safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and respond to emergency repair needs.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in hot/cold environments.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training a plus.
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking software .
- Valid driver’s license; must be able to pass a background check as required by state cannabis regulations.

Compensation
Starting pay $800 weekly to $1000 weekly depending on experience
