Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including CNC Lathes and Warm Forge Presses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment (CNC machines, presses, etc.)
• Install, maintain, and test electrical systems and components per codes and blueprints
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in drives, motors, PLCs, and control systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineers and plant teams to improve processes
• Document all maintenance activities and parts used

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance or repair of industrial/manufacturing equipment
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
