Hayloft Property Management company is looking to hire qualified Maintenance Technicians to work for Class A properties in Dakota Dunes, SD.

THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING:

• General/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment.
• Grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:

• Painting apartments
• Completion of daily assigned work orders
• Maintain inventory levels
• Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE (helpful):

• Plumbing
• Drywall
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Curb appeal of property, buildings, and common areas

A maintenance technician is "on call" for a week at a time on a 24 hour basis. The schedule is on a rotating basis between other maintenance staff as assigned. Normal work schedule is 8-5 (Monday – Friday).
