Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc. Employees must be able to work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools. Understand pertinent diagnostic tools. Read and understand blue prints.
- Diagnose and correct problems.
- Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service
- Electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control.
- Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes.
- Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems.
- Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.
- Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.
- Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records.
- Follow all safety rules, and company policies.
- Meet all Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements as spelled out in the Rewards and Recognition Program

- Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication
- Must have 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
- PLC experience is a plus
- Foundry experience is a plus
